The Grant Aerona 290 15.5kW R290 Air Source Heat Pump (HPR290155) is Grant's fifth-generation inverter-driven air-to-water heat pump, built for large homes, older properties, and high heat-loss buildings. Using the natural refrigerant R290 (GWP of just 3), it is the most powerful model in the Aerona 290 range and is fully eligible for the UK Government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant.
With a rated output of 15.5kW at -5°C air and 55°C water temperature, this unit is capable of replacing large gas boilers in properties that were previously considered unsuitable for heat pump technology. Compatible with the Grant Aerona Smart Controller for remote monitoring and weather compensation.
